We will come to your house to diagnose the issue. If we have the part on hand then we can complete the repair right on the spot. If not, then we will email a quote for the entire repair. If you wish to proceed then we order the part and come back when it arrives. If you decide not to proceed then we will charge a service call for the diagnosis. Most hot tub repairs can be completed within 1-2 hours given it is not an extremely difficult job.

We accept e-transfer, all major credit cards and cheques. Detailed instructions are on the attached invoice email.

We recommend testing the water every 1-2 weeks for proper water balancing (Chlorine/Bromine, Alkalinity, PH and Calcium Hardness), rinsing the filter every 1-3 weeks (replacing every 1-1.5 years) and changing the water in the hot tub every 3-5 months. All of these time frames depend on the volume of hot tub usage.

We recommend the “Drain Service + Orientation” service which will ensure your hot tub starts clean with fresh water and the opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about how to operate, maintain, and enjoy your hot tub for as long as possible.

Once you select the appropriate hot tub model & size for your needs, we take it from there! A 50% deposit is required to secure your selected hot tub and full payment prior to delivery. Please allow for up to 4 weeks for completion of delivery for brand new hot tubs. Refurbished hot tubs are ready for immediate delivery subject to delivery company’s availability.

We work with professional delivery companies to safely deliver the hot tub to your backyard. Once delivered, the hot tub will need to be full of water and hooked up electrically. To ensure you have a fully operating hot tub you can enjoy, we’ll send a technician to your home to verify proper operation, answer any questions you may have, and balance the hot tub water.

We sell refurbished hot tub models ranging from $3,000-$10,000 and brand-new hot tubs ranging from $12,000-$18,000. Our prices include professional delivery, free wet start orientation, startup chemical kit, and hot tub steps (if required).

1. A minimum of 40 inches of width clearance to allow for delivery. Don’t have enough space? Crane delivery is always an option for an additional cost.
2. An even flat surface for the hot tub to sit on. We recommend crushed gravel, paver stones, or a concrete slab.
3. Appropriate space on your main electrical panel to accommodate a 40-60 amp GFCI breaker.

Yes! Refurbished hot tubs will have 1-year warranty on all new parts installed and 6-months warranty on the rest of the hot tub. Brand new hot tubs come with a 3-year limited warranty. Detailed warranty documents are available.
